💡 The Challenge

Specialty MedSpa came to me with a desire to modernize their brand to reflect the luxurious, high-end nature of the services they offer. Their previous visual identity and online presence felt outdated and didn’t reflect the elegance or quality of care they provided to their upscale clientele.

The goal was to elevate the brand to feel elegant, exclusive, and sophisticated—designed for discerning, health-conscious individuals—while creating a cohesive experience across digital and print mediums, in time for a major spring marketing event.

🎯 My Role

As the lead designer, I led the complete rebranding and UX transformation, including:

Brand Identity Redesign: Crafted a refined logo, royal navy and gold color palette, premium typography, and an overall visual system rooted in elegance and luxury.

Website Redesign: Built a modern, mobile-optimized site showcasing Specialty MedSpa’s full range of aesthetic and wellness services with high-end imagery and clear calls to action.

Marketing & Print Collateral: Designed flyers, brochures, treatment menus, appointment cards, and storefront signage.

Digital Assets: Developed branded templates for social media, digital advertisements, and email campaigns.

Event Collateral: Designed luxurious promotional materials for an in-person event on April 30th, including banners, product packaging, and gift vouchers.

🧩 Process Overview

Conducted interviews with stakeholders to define the desired tone and clientele expectations.

Audited existing materials and user flows to identify disconnects and outdated elements.

Developed moodboards exploring luxury, health, and minimalism aesthetics.

Prototyped user flows and key interfaces in Figma and collaborated with developers to launch the site.

Curated hand-picked photography to ensure a polished, exclusive feel across all materials.

🌿 Design Direction

The new brand direction emphasized:

A rich, royal navy and gold color scheme to evoke elegance and trust

Generous white space and premium fonts to reflect a high-end, serene spa experience

Carefully selected imagery to align with the brand’s elevated identity
